Exchange Policy:

 

Hello, and thank you for shopping at MYDREAMBUYS. We hope you enjoy our product as much as we enjoyed making it for you, but if you are unsatisfied with the fit or style, we will gladly swap it for a different size!

 

You must raise an exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to be eligible to exchange the product.

 

The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, in its original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way. We do not offer exchanges on any opened, stained, or used products.

 

The product/products will be picked up within 72 hours by our delivery partner after the exchange request is processed.

 

Once the purchased order is picked up from the customer, the order will reach the Mydreambuys warehouse within 8 working days and after the quality check is done then the team will ship the exchange order.

 

Please note: Any returns because of or with any marks or stains will not be accepted.

Please note: We don’t offer any refunds. If you choose to return we will give you a coupon code via email. You can purchase any product on our website within 1 year with the remaining credit.
